Hey guys! Welcome to my Blues lesson!
In this lesson we will explore blues “MR.SUPER HIP”. Author of this musical composition is Jamey Aebersold. Learn to play melodic lines, syncopated phrases, double stops,vibrato, pentatonic, arpeggios,improvision etc.
I used the F-minor pentatonic and G-dorian mode.
In improvisation I used:
- F minor7 arpeggio over Fminor7(chord)
- Bb6 arpeggio over Gm7/C(chord)
- Amaj7 arpeggio over Gm7/C(chord)
- F6add9 arpeggio over Gm7/C(chord),
- Fmaj 7 arpeggio over Gm7/C(chord),
- used intervals 5th's.
Learn in slow tempo, pay attention to the rhythmic pattern, accents, vibrato, clear start and endingphrases. Individually work on difficult places. Be patient and you will succeed.
